i really thought i woudl enjoy my stay, but trying to control the temperature was like rocket science! and why is there no option for tea bags? the hairdryer was a complete joke too. a hint of warmth woudl ve been so nice. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. i expect better!

Additionally, the air conditioning did not function properly, resulting in a cramped, slightly stifling environment that hindered a relaxing stay.
